Rounded triangular, the body enamelled overall in translucent light blue over a wavy guilloché ground, centring a circular aperture containing a portrait miniature depicting H.M. Queen Alexandra, within seed pearl border and surmounted with a rose gold ribbon crest, the borders chased with acanthus and set with rose gold rosettes at corners, the ivory back with a rose gold scroll strut with suspension loop, marked on lower edge, strut and strut loop
