The borders with ciselé anthemia against a blue ground and bordered by beaded and plain gilt band, the center with a gilded version of the Imperial double-headed current circa 1827, when the service was first ordered, i.e., with lowered wings and with a torch and laurel wreath held in its talons
with green cypher marks of Alexander III dated 1887 and 1890 and of Nicholas II dated 1898 and 1903
