The interior chased with the Imperial eagle, the handle terminating in an Imperial crown and engraved with the cypher of Empress Elizabeth, the front engraved with the portrait bust of Empress Elizabeth, the sides with an inscription, Presented in Moscow to First Sergeant Vasili Ivanov, Donskoi Division, for Excellence, and the date 1753, the base engraved with the weight, 1f. 20z., and with the number 60, also marked with Cyrillic initials of Assay-master M.G., Postnikova-Losseva, no. 2082, unidentified.
