Circa 1900, in Empire style, the samovar of vase shape raised on three slender supports headed by leafage and terminating in paw feet, the spout in the form of an eagles head and neck, the hinged cover with finial in the form of an eagle with splayed wings, each handle of the oval tray in the form of two eagles with overlapping wings, the bowl decorated en suite, all three pieces marked in Cyrillic with makers mark of Andrei Bragin and St. Petersburg hallmark for circa 1900; the matching tea and coffee set comprising teapot, coffee pot, covered sugar bowl and creamer, Paris, makers mark R.B., 432 ozs.
