St. Petersburg, 1896-1903, with inventory number 46998. Heart-shaped, overall decorated with opalescent pink guilloche enamel over a wavy engine-turned ground, the oval aperture with gold beaded border flanked by swags, applied with vari-coloured gold crossed and ribbon-tied arrows, with gold ribbon-like strut, and original ivory backing (cracked), with hand-written ink inscription in English ’Given to me by Felix Yusoupoff, Paris, 1923.
