The centre painted with the moated fortified town on a mountain with stylized tree and flowers in the foreground, within an octagonal shaped cisele frame, after the design by Zinaida Kobylevskaia, by the Imperial Porcelain Factory (period of Nicholas II) with later blue overglaze State Porcelain Factory mark dated 1922.
