A RUSSIAN SILVER & CLOISONNE ENAMEL CHARKA,

APPARENTLY MOSCOW, CIRCA 1890 BUT MARKS WORN & ALSO BEARING MARKS FOR 1908/17,

With polychrome decoration on a series of turquoise discs set on white ground, 2 1/8 in. high (5.5 cm.), ALSO a silve-gilt & champleve enamel salt, mark of TN in oval punch, "88" standard, St. Petersburg, c.1890, with Pan-Slavic decoration & red star motifs, raised on three feet each composed of three intersecting loops.
