Circular, the raised foot and foliate moulded flared stem gilded, the shallow bowl of blue ground with cisele gilt palmette design and moulded gilt rim, with the Imperial double-headed eagle at the centre, marked under base with green underglaze Cyrillic monogram 'A III' beneath the Imperial Russian crown, over the number '87'
