Carl Johann Tegelsten, St. Petersburg, 1849, the barrel chased with spiral flutes and applied with the Imperial eagle, the upper border of the barrel with a stylized Cyrillic inscription on a matted ground, the spreading base chased with stylized onion-dome forms, with rope-twist C-scroll handle, the domed cover also decorated with onion-dome forms, the finial in the form of a gilded naked infant astride a dolphin, 122 ozs.
