The burnished gilt ground of each painted with a border of green flowers on curling foliate green and black stems, the center with the Imperial arms in blue, black and gilt reserved against a bright green ground encompassed by the Cyrillic inscription, 'Nicholas Emperor and Autocrat of all the Russias,' within an outer border of iron red roses and green foliage, each marked with underglaze blue cypher mark and red inventory number.
