The base of domed form with incurved sides set with four oval plaques enameled with scenes from the Passion, the surrounds set with a "jeweled" latticework between scroll borders chased with seraphim at the ends, the stem in the form of angel holding up the cup applied with three ovals enameled with St. John the Baptist, Christ and the Crucifixion (one enameled oval missing), each oval with a "jeweled" crown and surrounded by "jeweled" flowers and foliage, the slightly flaring lip with a Cyrillic inscription.
