The circular base raised on four foliate bracket feet below a frieze chased with trophies and with two octagonal reserves, one vacant, the other with putti and grape clusters on a lacquer ground, the cylindrical stem with acanthus leaves at the base and pendant laurel wreaths at the top, with cut glass bowl, 21 ozs. excluding glass.
