Of rectangular shape, enameled all over translucent royal blue over a sunray ground, the hinged cover applied with a diamond-set Russian Imperial Eagle, also with diamond-set thumbpiece, the interior inscribed in Cyrillic, "With Supreme Favour, to Prince N.A. Kudashev, 23 January 1915," marked with Cyrillic initials of workmaster, Faberge in Cyrillic and 88 standard. Contained in original fitted red leather Imperial Presentation case.
