Circular, the center applied with a vari-color enamel plaque depicting a fortified town by a river (minor chips), within a silver beaded and scrolling fohate border, the wide raised wooden border applied with opposing mounted bogatyrs connected by scrolls and a centralized vacant cartouche, set with red and green cabochon stones.
