The Virgin is presented with her cheek pressed tenderly against the Infant Christ, while holding Him in her right hand; with various chosen saints in the border, including SS. Irinna, Mary and Paraskeva. In an elaborately carved gilt-wood shadow box executed in the form of vines and contained within a veneered framework with a hinged, glazed door.
