A Pair of Russian Porcelain Wine Coolers and a Fruit Dish From the Farm Palace Service

The white bodies of the wine coolers gilded with the Imperial monogram, A,' the edges gilded, period of Nicholas I, one restored, the oval dish with the Imperial monogram of Alexander II, period of Nicholas II, dated 1902. The Farm Palace Service was produced in 1840 for the Farm Palace in the Alexandria Park at Peterhof. The monogram, A' is for Alexander Nicholaevich, later Alexander II. Additions to the service produced after the accession of Alexander bore his reigning cypher.
