The gilded silver oklad chased with a diaper pattern of stylized flower heads, the border chased with leafage on a matted ground, the halo set with a border of simulated diamonds, the lower border of the oklad inscribed in Cyrillic, 'painted from the mir-acleworking icon of the Tichvin Mother of God,' by Ivan Fedorov, Moscow, 1802, Cyrillic Alderman's initials A.O.P (Postnikova-Losseva, no. 2137).
