Of circular cushion form, the surface enamelled in translucent bluish white over concentric wavy engine-turning divided by a band of ribbon-bound leaves, the cabochon ruby pushpiece within a chased stiff leaf collar, on five padded and gadrooned feet, struck with workmaster's initials, 88 standard, the interior of the lower section etched 'No 10', presumably to specify the colour of enamel
