Shaped circular, a gilt strapwork rosette in the centre, further decorated in blue, red and green with stylized foliage and strapwork with gilt detailing on an outer band and on the border, the latter with four roundels enclosing the Imperial double-headed eagle, gilt inner band and rim, marked under base
