A LATE 19TH CENTURY RUSSIAN SILVER-GILT & CLOISONNE ENAMEL LEMON-TEA GLASS HOLDER,

Decorated with birds & butterflies amidst stylised foliage & flowers in red, white, lilac, green & 3 shades of blue, turquoise beads edging a band of arch motifs, each arch framing a lilac triple loop motif flanked by white beads, a band of alternate two-tone blue tongue motifs below the lip, the bifurcated enamelled handle with oval thumbpiece decorated with a flower-head & 4 red drops separated by stylised blue leaves, gilt interior, 3 in. high (7.6 cm.).
